A source tells me that Cindy and Devin (if you know these people) broke up. Is this true? Well, from what we see, it doesn't appear to be, but what is this about Cindy making the big blow? And will Devin hang on to her? More of that story will come when it comes! yea they did break up and yea they r hangin out now but like just freinds cause delvlin liked her more then she liked him so i think she broke up w/ him
